Special Meeting of the Audit Committee - January 2015

On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, ANTAM’s Audit Committee held its special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, audit data clarification of PT Indonesia Coal Resources, 2015 audit plan and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners
