On Tuesday, October 29, 2013, ANTAM held a Board of Commissioner's Meeting Inviting the Board of Directors. The meeting was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners namely R. Sukhyar, Robert Pakpahan, Zaelani, and Bapak Hikmahanto Juwana. Meanwhile at management level, ANTAM's President Director, Operations Director, Development Director and Finance Director, attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed among other things house keeping/safety and management performance report as of September 2013; report of the business development of PT Meratus Jaya Iron and Steel; report of the field trip at PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals; optimization efforts on ANTAM’s gold contract of work; development of ANTAM’s competitors (benchmarking Nickel/Ferronickel, gold, iron, CGA/SGA from the point of view of productivity, capacity, technology, cash cost); and others.
