ANTAM Supports Post Flood Recovery in East Belitung

PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTAM) participate in the post-flood disaster recovery effort in Belitung and East Belitung. ANTAM’s accomodation was distributed on Friday, July 28 2017, by Partnership & Community Stewardship Program Manager, Agustinus Toko Susetio at Gantung Village, Gantung Distric, East Belitung Regency. By this flood disaster, ANTAM participate to supports by providing cements, iron sheet and bricks.

As reported previously, a total of 5 Districts in East Belitung, Bangka Belitung Province submerged by flood on July 14, 2017. ANTAM was in coordination with PT Timah (Persero) Tbk in distributing these accomodations as part of SOEs for the Nation Program.

ANTAM’s Corporate Secretary, Aprilandi H. Setia said that these helps is one of company’s participation concerning CSR program implementation, especially in disaster treatment. “Hopefully ANTAM’s participation will also help the team and community to recover the flood disaster” he said.
