One of the efforts to control violations at the Company, ANTAM provides a safe space for individuals (both internal and external) who wish to report violations involving employees or management. To support this, we have developed a reliable Whistleblowing System as a reporting channel to create a work environment that is honest, responsible, and based on integrity.
COLLABORATION WITH MIND ID – OpenMIND
ANTAM has partnered with MIND ID to provide an integrated whistleblowing platform called OpenMIND. Through OpenMIND, individuals can report various violations occurring within ANTAM and the MIND ID Group.
SCOPE OF VIOLATIONS THAT CAN BE REPORTED:
- Corruption and Bribery
- Fraud
- Other Criminal Acts
- Violations in the Workplace
- Other Violations, including but not limited to:
- Violations of the company’s code of ethics as outlined in the Code of Conduct
- Breach of confidentiality (information leaks), unless the information has already become public
- Bias towards one party and lack of objectivity in company decision-making
- Pollution and/or environmental damage due to negligence that may result in property loss and/or harm to human health or safety
OUR COMMITMENT
Reports can be made anonymously. However, we encourage reporters to provide contact information to facilitate the analysis of the report received. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the reporter’s identity and ensuring that each report is handled with professionalism and high integrity. OpenMIND is here to create a transparent, accountable work environment based on the company’s values.
