Implementation of Investor Relation Duties

ANTAM has an Investor Relations Sub-Division which is tasked with coordinating the management of market expectations through the Investor Relations program so that relations and communication with investors, shareholders and other shareholders always run well.

In 2024, ANTAM’s Investor Relations work unit engaged in various activities and interactions with investors, analysts, shareholders, rating agencies, and capital market participants, including:

1. Facilitating regular interactions and discussions with investors and analysts through teleconferences and in-house meetings conducted throughout the year.

2. ANTAM organized the 2024 Annual Public Expose in collaboration with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), featuring a performance presentation and press conference attended by 313 online participants, including retail and institutional investors, shareholders, and analysts. In addition, ANTAM conducted Earnings Calls with investors and analysts throughout the year.
