ANTAM Appoints Mr. Kunto Hendrapawoko as Senior Vice President (SVP) Corporate Secretary

Jakarta, May 14, 2019 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kunto Hendrapawoko as the Company’s Senior Vice President (SVP) Corporate Secretary effective as of May 13, 2019, replacing Mr. Aprilandi Hidayat Setia who was appointed as Director of Commerce of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk on April 24, 2019.

Mr. Kunto Hendrapawoko received Bachelor of Economics from Gadjah Mada University in 2003. On 2015 until 2017, He in charge as Vice President Accounting, Tax and Budgeting. Since 2017 until 2019,  He in charge as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance PT Aneka Tambang Tbk.

Previously the Company appointed Mr. Kunto Hendrapawoko as Acting SVP Corporate Secretary on April 24, 2019.
