ANTAM Receives Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating 2019

Jakarta, December 4, 2019 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM) is pleased to announce that the Company receives the Platinum Rank of Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASSRAT) 2019. The awards received by ANTAM's Corporate Secretary Senior Vice President, Kunto Hendrapawoko on November 23, 2019.

ANTAM's Corporate Secretary Senior Vice President, Kunto Hendrapawoko said:
"The 2019 ASSRAT award is a positive appreciation for the Company’s social and environmental performance, also the fulfillment of good corporate governance. As a natural resources-based company, implementing best practices by prioritizing sustainability is ANTAM's commitment in every operational activity."

The ASSRAT 2019 assessment was conducted by 48 assessors consisting of Sustainability Report Expert Academics from various universities using assessment method for Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards guidelines implementation in the report.

ANTAM received the Platinum Rating as the result of GRI Standards implementation with full disclosure of energy and greenhouse gas emissions materialist in Sustainability Reports writing that have been assured by third parties.
 
ASRRAT 2019 organized by the National Center for Sustainability Reporting (NCSR) and participated by 50 organizations from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, The Philippines and Bangladesh.
