Jakarta, November 28, 2024 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM made another achievement by winning an award in the Appreciated Social ESG Report category at the Investor Daily ESG Appreciation Night event held at the Westin Hotel, Jakarta, Monday (25/11/2024).
The award was presented by B-Universe Business Director Melly Marliani, to ANTAM ESG Team Leader Anas Safriatna as a form of appreciation for ANTAM's commitment to implement social programs based on the principle of sustainability.
ANTAM Corporate Secretary, Syarif Faisal Alkadrie said the award was an appreciation for the Company's success in creating a positive impact on society through various social initiatives, such as local economic empowerment, education programs, and improved health services.
“This step not only benefits the surrounding community but also strengthens ANTAM's position as a socially responsible company oriented towards the principles of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG),” Faisal remarked.
The various environmental and social innovation programs implemented are concrete actions to move forward and grow with the community by distributing economic and social benefits in a sustainable manner, both directly and indirectly, so that can contribute to improving the community's quality of life and welfare.
Furthermore, Faisal explained that achieving this award will strengthen ANTAM's commitment to continuing to integrate sustainability into every aspect of the Company's operations.

Investor Daily's ESG Appreciation Night organized by Investor Daily and B-Universe, in collaboration with BGK Foundation, a community member of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and supporting member of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD). The award is assessed based on the company's publication report, which refers to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol standard.
