ANTAM Receives Two Awards In The Indonesian Human Capital Study Award 2012

Jakarta, 12 Oktober 2012 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ASX – ATM; IDX – ANTM; ANTAM) is pleased to announce that the company has received two awards in the Indonesian Human Capital Study (IHCS) Award on October 11, 2012, at Hotel Grand Royal Panghegar, Bandung.

ANTAM received two awards in the The Best for Human Capital Initiative in People Development category and The Best for CEO Commitment category. The awards were received by ANTAM’s Human Resources Director Achmad Ardianto.

IHCS Award is an annual event that is jointly held by Business Review Magazine and Dunamis Human Capital, that award to companies that successfully implement the human capital system in the company. There are 21 companies that participated in this event.

ANTAM applies the principles of Human Capital in the management of its human resources, which regards every employee of ANTAM as the main capital of the Company. Therefore, ANTAM gives great attention to improving the quality and capabilities of each individual through various training programs and competency-based developments.
