Jakarta, January 13, 2022 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM), a member of Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID) - the State-Owned Enterprise Holding of the Mining Industry, is pleased to announce that the Company remains recorded positive growth on its gold segment performance within 2021 (unaudited) in line with the positive appreciation on public awareness of gold investment.
In 2021, the unaudited ANTAM’s gold production volume of 1.69 tons grew 1% compared to the gold production volume in 2020 of 1.67 tons. The unaudited gold sales volume in 2021 was recorded at 29.38 tons, growing 33% compared to the sales volume in 2020 of 22.10 tons. In the 2021 period, ANTAM also marked the all-time high of the domestic gold sales volume performance with a sales volume of 28.28 tons (unaudited), which rose to 44% from the 2020’s domestic gold sales volume of 19.70 tons.
