Joint Meeting of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee - February 2014

On Friday, February 7, 2014 ANTAM's Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee held a joint meeting for the month of February 2014. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin, member of Board of Commissioners, Zaelani, as well as member of Board of Commissioners, Robert Pakpahan, through video conference facility. ANTAM's Finance Director, Djaja M. Tambunan, accompanied by managerial staffs and ANTAM's external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers were also present at the meeting.

The meeting discussed among others, ANTAM's 2013 financial statements, ANTAM's subsidiaries 2013 financial statements, Internal Audit Manua, including Audit Rating, revision of Internal Audit Charter, development of Corporate, Project, Subsidiaries and Business Units dashboard, as well as evaluation and supervision on risk management implementation on ANTAM's strategic projects in 2014.

The meeting is a regular monthly meeting held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
