Monthly Meeting of ANTAM's Audit Committee with the Company's Management

On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, the Audit Committee of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTAM) held its monthly meeting, which was chaired by the committee’s Chairman Mr. Laode M. Kamaluddin and attended also by the company's related management officers. In the meeting, the following agenda were discussed: ANTAM's yet-to-be-published financial statements for the first half of 2013 (limited review); Finance and Development Supervisory Agency's Audit Report on ANTAM's Subsidiaries; the audit report on ANTAM's post-mining programs that were in collaboration with a number of universities; and the Audit Committee’s 2014 work plan. The routine meeting was part of the consistent and sustained implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles at the company.
