Monthly Meeting of the GCG-NR Committee - December 2014

On Thursday, December 18, 2014, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended ANTAM's President Commissioner R. Sukhyar (Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee), Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, members of the GCG-NR Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, evaluation of the IT policy on information disclosure at ANTAM's Portal, monitoring and evaluation of the procedures and progress of the social impact evaluation of ANTAM's mine closure, preparation of the alignment of the Board of Commissioners KPI with the KPI of the Board of Directors for Year 2015 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
