ANTAM also conveys a stern warning to parties who violate the law by using the logo of ANTAM and ANTAM’s Precious Metal without the prior permission of ANTAM, for which ANTAM will take firm actions to report to the authorities for immediate follow up. The violation on the unauthorized use of the logo of ANTAM and ANTAM’s Precious Metals is a infringement of law that may be subject to criminal sanction or other sanctions based on the applicable laws and regulations.
