Jakarta, April 2, 2014 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTAM; ASX - ATM; IDX - ANTM) announces the schedule of the dividend payment for holders of its Chess Depository Interests (CDI) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened in Jakarta on March 26, 2014 resolved to pay a cash dividend in the amount of Rp92,237,426,040.00 or 22.5% of ANTAM's Income for the Year Attributable to Owners of the Parent for the year ended December 31, 2013, which is equivalent to Rp9.67 per share or Rp48.35 per CDI.

For holders of ANTAM's CDIs, each of which represents five underlying shares, the dividend payment schedule is as follows:
