Schedule Of Dividend Payment For The Australian Securities Exchange

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened in Jakarta on May 27th, 2010 resolved to pay a cash dividend in the amount of Rp241,722,835,200 or 40% of ANTAM's net profits after tax for the year ended December 31st, 2009, which is equivalent to Rp25.3830 per share.

For holders of CDIs, each of which represent 5 underlying shares, the dividend payment schedule is as follows:

Cash Dividend per share: Rp25.3830
Cash Dividend per CDI: Rp126.915
Ex Dividend Date: June 25th, 2010
Recording Date: July 1st, 2010
Payment Date: July 15th, 2010
