Schedule of Dividend Payment for The Australian Securities Exchange

Jakarta, June 19, 2020 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM) is pleased to announce the schedule of the dividend payment for holders of ANTAM’s Chess Depository Interests (CDI) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened in Jakarta on June 11, 2020, resolved to make payment of dividend from the net profit for the Financial Year of 2019, attributable to the Owner of the Parent of the Company in the amount of Rp67,847,901,618.70 or equal to Rp2.82 per share (equal with Rp14.12 per CDI) attributed to the shareholders of the Company. For holders of CDIs, each of which represent 5 underlying shares, the dividend payment schedule is
