GCG Assessment

The Company assesses the implementation of GCG consistently each year to determine the adequacy of the implementation of GCG, which is performed by the Independent Assessor. The assessment results are disclosed to the public through the Company’s website, as well as included in the Annual Report. The Board of Directors and Commissioners is also report on the status of GCG implementation progress to Shareholders in the Annual GMOS. Assessment is performed by using a variety of best practice standard referenced by ANTAM both best practices prevailing in Indonesia and prevailing abroad. The annual assessment by an independent party has been running since 2004 and in its implementation in cooperation and fully supported Company’s Organ.
