Dividen Information

In accordance with the Company’s share prospectus, ANTAM has a policy of distributing cash dividends to all shareholders at least once a year. By taking into account the financial position or level of health of the Company, and without reducing the rights of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, the dividend policy is a minimum of 30% of net profit after tax unless otherwise determined by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

On the resolution of the second agenda of AGMS for Financial Year 2023, the Shareholders approved the appropriation of net profit for the Financial Year 2023, attributable to the Owner of the Parent of the Company, as full dividends of 100% or Rp3.08 trillion.
