ANTAM Contributes to the Government of Rp2.05 Trillion Throughout 2021

Jakarta, July 11, 2022 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM) member of Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID) - the State-Owned Enterprise Holding of the Mining Industry Indonesia, announced that the Company is recorded an increase in the provision of Contribution to the Government by 170%. In 2021, ANTAM contributed Rp2.05 trillion to the Government, higher than the 2020 period of Rp758.81 billion.

ANTAM's Corporate Secretary, Syarif Faisal Alkadrie, said:
“As one of the Companies that contributes revenue to the Government, ANTAM is always compliant in paying taxes, Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP), and dividends. ANTAM is also always committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations related to taxes and non-tax revenues. The Company is also committed to increasing its Contribution to the Government in the coming years.”

In an effort to be transparent, the Company also prioritizes the involvement and participation of the tax authorities to audit tax refunds. The involvement of the tax authorities in the audit is carried out to maintain transparency and ensure that ANTAM has complied with applicable regulations. As an appreciation for ANTAM's commitment to compliance in providing Contributions to the State, in 2021, the Company received the Subroto Award in the Compulsory Payment category with the Highest PNBP Payment Compliance Level – SOEs Mining Business License.
