The ceremony was attended by ANTAM's Director of General Affairs & CSR, Denny Maulasa, and Regent of Lebak, Mulyadi Jayabaya, on December 16, 2012.

ANTAM's Director of General Affairs & CSR stated:

"The development of this integrated stadium, market complex, and bus terminal, is one of our efforts to create a sustainably beneficial post-mining area in terms of social, economics, ecological, and aesthetics for surrounding communities. It is part of the implementation of good mining practices that had been run by ANTAM."

As a part of the implementation of ANTAM's Corporate Social Responsibility, these social facilities are expected to boost local economic growth and support the mobility transportation in increasing trade activities among centers of development. Consequently, it is expected to improve the community's social and economic well-being in order to promote welfare and independency in a sustainable manner.
