ANTAM is Re-listed in the LQ45 Index

Jakarta, January 26, 2016 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ASX - ATM; IDX - ANTM; ANTAM) is pleased to announce that the company has been re-listed in the LQ45 Index at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The LQ45 Index lists companies with the highest liquidity at the IDX. The IDX also calculates companies’ market capitalisation in the LQ45 selection. The LQ45 Index calculates liquidity and market capitalisation as the main indicators.

The LQ45 Index was launched in February 1997 and calculated transaction liquidity in the regular market as the main indicator. Inline with market development and to sharpen the liquidity criteria, since January 2005 the IDX also calculates trading days and transaction frequency as liquidity parameters. As such, the criteria for inclusion in the LQ45 index are:

Has been listed in the IDX for a minimum of 3 months
Is part of the 60 companies with highest transaction value in the regular market
Out of 60 companies, 30 companies with highest transaction value will be included directly.
The remaining 45 companies will be selected based on transaction days in the regular market, transaction frequency in the regular market and market capitalisation.

As well, the IDX will also evaluate the financial condition and growth prospect of the companies to be selected in the LQ45 Index.

The LQ45 Index is evaluated every six month with selection being announced in early February and August.
