ANTAM Receives CGPI Awards as The Most Trusted Companies in 2018

Jakarta, December 27, 2019 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM) is pleased to announce the Company has received recognition as The Most Trusted Company based on Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) at the Indonesia Most Trusted Companies Award 2019. The CGPI award was received by ANTAM’s Commerce Director, Mr. Aprilandi H. Setia in Jakarta on December 12, 2019.
 
ANTAM’s Commerce Director, Aprilandi H. Setia said:

ANTAM has received the CGPI Award as the Most Trusted Company for eleven consecutive year since 2008. ANTAM is the only Company that has been part of the CGPI assessment for 18 consecutive years. This year, ANTAM achieved a total score of 90.11 (Most Trusted) with details of the governance structural aspects score: 31.68; governance process: 29.10; and governance results: 29.33.
 
Assessment stages of CGPI 2018 Award consist of : (1) analysis of instruments and documents by questionnaires method (self assessment) and assesment of company documents; and (2) observation through executive exposure and discussion with Company’s Management.
 
The research and GCG perception ranking is a joint event held by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) and SWA Magazine towards Public Listed Companies, State Owned Enterprises, Regional Government Owned Enterprises, Banking, Private Entities as well as Islamic Financial Institutions.
