ANTAM To Support Football Development In Kendari

ANTAM's Director of General Affairs & CSR, Denny Maulasa said,

"The initiative is an addition to our existing CSR commitment in the fields of economic, education, health and environmental management. This latest activity confirms the importance we place on the development of sport in Southeast Sulawesi.”

Under the MoU, ANTAM pledges Rp4 billion of sponsorship fund to the Kendari Utama Football Club. During the first year, ANTAM pledges Rp1 billion of contribution, with the remaining sponsorship fund will be distributed during the second and third year for the amount of Rp1.5 billion each year. The contribution during the second and third year is subject to the team achieving promotion to the next level in the Indonesia football hierarchy.

The sponsorship fund will be used to improve the quality of football training, better footbal equipments and operational expenses, such as players’ salaries.

The MOU reflects ANTAM's commitment in the implementation of CSR initiatives, notably in relation to football development in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi.
