Jakarta, December 28, 2017 - PT ANTAM Tbk (ASX - ATM; IDX – ANTM; ANTAM) ) is pleased to announce the Company has received recognition as The Most Trusted Company based on Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) at the Indonesia Most Trusted Companies Award 2016. ANTAM’s Operations Director Hari Widjajanto received the awards during the awarding ceremony at Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.

ANTAM has received the CGPI Award as the Most Trusted Company for nine consecutive year since 2008. ANTAM is the only Company that has been part of the CGPI assesment for 15 consecutive years.
Assessment of CGPI Award involved 4 aspects: self-assessment, documentation system, observation through clarification of assessment instruments, and Company papers through executive presentation and discussions with the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. During self-assessment, the scoring judges used questionnaires from internal and external stakeholders to measure aspects of commitment, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, fairness, leadership, capability, strategy, risk, ethics, culture and sustainability.
The research and ranking of GCG perception is a joint event held by The Indonesian Institute for Corporate Governance (IICG) with SWA Magazine. The event recognizes public companies, State Owned Enterprises, Regional Government Owned Enterprises, banking, private entities as well as Islamic financial institutions.
