ANTAM Receives The Best Corporate Governance For Non Financial Sector Award

ANTAM's CSR & General Affairs Director, Denny Maulasa, received the award on 22 November 2012, at The Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, Jakarta. 23 public companies also received the award at their parti-cular sector.

The assessment was based on the company’s public disclosure such as annual report, financial reports, company websites, AGM announcements, press releases, ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard and other corporate disclosures.

The event was organized by IICD, an independent corporate gover-nance assessment institute in cooperation with the Investor Magazine.
