ANTAM Receives The Best Overall In Indonesian Institute For Corporate Directorship (IICD) Award 2013

ANTAM has received similar awards in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. The assessment was based on the company’s public disclosure such as annual report, financial reports, company website, AGM announcements, press releases, ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard and other corporate disclosures.

24 Indonesian public listed company joined the race, organized by IICD, an independent assessment agency engaging in corporate governance. The event was held in collaboration with Investor Magazine.

During the assessment, IICD conducted several stages of selection, starting from selecting trained & experienced IICD jurors from Indonesia and other ASEAN countries as well as performing verification processes by a team of researchers.
