ANTAM Receives Two Awards At The 2012 Indonesian Quality Award

Jakarta, November 22, 2012 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ASX - ATM; IDX - ANTM; ANTAM) is pleased to announce it has received two awards in the 2012 Indonesian Quality Award (IQA). The awards were received by ANTAM’s Operations Director, Winardi, on 21 November 2012, at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.

ANTAM received the Good Performance Award and Bronze Achievement Award on the performance assessment. There were 26 companies participating in the 2012 IQA .

The Good Performance Award is the classification of the company's performance based on the total score of the company's overall assessment, whilst the Bronze Achievement Award is the company’s rank based on the level of achievement compared to the previous year’s level.

The awards were based on various stages of assessment criteria such as Leadership, Strategic Planning, Costumer Focus, Measurement, Analysis, Knowledge Management and Business Outcome.

The annual Indonesian Quality Award is organized by IQA Foundation. The event assesses companies based on Malcolm Baldridge criteria for performance excellence.
