ANTAM's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors Meeting – January 2014

On Friday, January 24, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors held the joint meeting for January 2014 period. ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar was present at the meeting alongside other members of the Board of Commissioners which included Robert Pakpahan, Zaelani, Hikmahanto Juwana (Independent Commissioner) and Laode M. Kamaluddin (Independent Commissioner). Members of the Board of Directors who were present at the meeting were Tato Miraza (President Director), Hendra Santika (Development Director), Djaja M. Tambunan (Finance Director), Tedy Badrujaman (Operations Director), as well as I Made Surata (GA and CSR Director). ANTAM's Commissioner, Velix Vernando Wanggai and HR Director, Sutikno, were unable to attend the meeting.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, progress of the December 20, 2013 meeting related to PT Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel, changes to ANTAM's Articles of Association, management's performance as of December 2013, AGM agenda, performance of PT Cibaliung Sumber Daya and Financial Report of ANTAM's Pensioner's Health Fund Foundation.

The meeting is a routine monthly agenda and is part of ANTAM's Board of Commissioner's supervisory role.
