Audit Committee Meeting - February 2014

On Thursday, February 20, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin, ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani, ANTAM's Finance Director, Djaja Tambunan, managerial staffs and ANTAM's external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers. The meeting discussed, among others, ANTAM's 2013 audited financial statements, ANTAM's 2013 audited Partnership and Community Stewardship Program financial statements, the 2013 audited financial statements of ANTAM's subsidiaries, 2014 work plan of ANTAM's Internal Audit, audit finding reports and appointment of the external auditor for ANTAM's financial statements and its Partnership and Community Stewardship Program for 2014.

The meeting is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners and was the Audit Committee's second meeting in February 2014.
