Dividend Payment Schedule For ASX

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened in Jakarta on June  26th, 2008 resolved to pay a cash dividend in the amount of  Rp2,052,984,177,200 or 40% of ANTAM's net profits after tax for the  year ended December 31st, 2007, which is equivalent to Rp215.23 per share. For holders of CDIs, each of which represent 5 underlying  shares, the dividend payment schedule is as follows:
