Internal Meeting of the Board of Commissioners - April 2015

On Friday, April 24, 2015, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its internal meeting. The meeting was attended by President Commissioner R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Robert A. Simanjuntak, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu, Consultant A. Dohar Siregar, members of the Audit Committee, members of the Risk Management Committee, ANTAM's Director Agus Zamzam as well as management.

The meeting discussed, amongst other, the development of the commercial operations of the Tayan CGA plant, follow up of the decision/summary/recommendation of the previous BOC meeting, circular resolutions of the Board of Commissioners, follow up to the resolutions of ANTAM's 2015 AGM, preparation of the Joint BOC-BOD meeting dated April 24, 2015 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners
