Internal Meeting of the Board of Commissioners - August 2014

On Tuesday, August 19, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Robert Simanjuntak, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu, and Consultant A. Dohar Siregar.

The meeting discussed among others, strategic issues and Risk Management Commisstee, follow up on the resolution/summary/recommendation of the previous Board of Commissioners meeting and circular decision, preparation of the joint meeting between the Board of Commissioners-Board of Directors dated August 19, 2014, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
