Internal Meeting of The Board of Commissioners - March 2014

On Thursday, March 20, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, ANTAM's Commissioner, Robert Pakpahan, ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani, ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Hikmahanto Juwana, ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and Expert Staffs of the Board of Commissioners, as well as members of the Risk Management Committee and VP Legal & Compliance.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, follow up to the proposed change of the Articles of Association, preparation of the documentation related to the AGM Year 2013, division of task within the Board of Commissioners during the AGM on March 26, 2014 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
