Joint Meeting of ANTAM's Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee – December 2013

On Thursday, December 12, 2013, ANTAM's Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee held a joint meeting with ANTAM's Management. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin and Zaelani, ANTAM's Commissioner. Robert Pakpahan, ANTAM's Commissioner, also attended the meeting through video conference facility. The meeting discussed, among others, ANTAM's 2013 budget and realization and 2014 budget risk mitigation and control.

The meeting is part of the routine meeting held at least once a month. The meeting is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
