Meeting of the Board of Commissioners Inviting the Board of Directors - February 2014

On Wednesday, February 12, 2014, ANTAM held the monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners inviting the Board of Directors. All of ANTAM's members of the Board of Commissioners were present at the meeting, ie. R. Sukhyar (President Commissioner), Robert Pakpahan (Commissioner), Velix Vernando Wanggai (Commissioner), Zaelani (Commissioner), Hikmahanto Juwana (Independent Commissioner) and Laode M. Kamaluddin (Independent Commissioner). ANTAM's Board of Directors were also present, ie. Tato Miraza (President Director), Hendra Santika (Development Director), Djaja M. Tambunan (Finance Director), Tedy Badrujaman (Operations Director), and I Made Surata (GA & CSR Director). ANTAM's HR Director, Sutikno, were unable to attend the meeting. The meeting was also attended by Susy Pasaribu (Secretary to the Board of Commissioners), A. Dohar Siregar and Tauan Sitorus, both are Senior Advisors. ANTAM's GCG assessor RSM AAJ and PricewaterhouseCoopers, ANTAM's external auditor, were also present.

The meeting discussed, among others, confirmation on 2013 GCG assessment result, ANTAM's 2013 financial statements, progress of the January 2014 meeting results, management report for January 2014, special efficiency program for 2014 and financial report of ANTAM's Pension Fund.

The meeting is a regular monthly meeting held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
