Monthly Meeting of ANTAM's Board of Commissioner - January 2014

On Thursday, January 23, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its monthly internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Robert Pakpahan, Commissioner Zaelani, Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu, Senior Advisor A. Dohar Siregar, Senior Advisor Tauan Sitorus, members of the Risk Management Committee (Mursyid Amal, Kindy Rinaldy Syahrir and Brahmantio Isdijoso), members of the NRHRD Committee (Ursula Silalahi and Amir Faizal Suud), Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Committees' Charters Revision, Ridwan Saleh as well as ANTAM's management which included SVP Human Resources, Achmad Djamalilleil, VP Legal & Compliance, Listi Witanni, and GCG Implementation Manager, Yantie Isnahwati. The meeting was also attended by ANTAM's GCG assessor, RSM AAJ related to the 2013 GCG assessment.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, interview of the Board of Commissioners with the GCG assessor RSM AAJ, changes to the Articles of Association related to the implementation of SOE Minister Decree No. PER-03/MBU/2012, activities report of the Board of Commissioners and Committees for 4^th quarter 2013, strategic direction from the Board of Commissioners related to the Board of Commissioners report in ANTAM's 2013 Annual Report and discussion on the decision/summary/recommendation of the Board of Commissioners meeting dated December 19, 2013.

The meeting is a regular meeting held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
