On Monday, September 23, 2013, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held a monthly meeting, which was also attended by the company's Audit and Risk Management Committees. The routine was part of the implementation of the Board's supervisory function at the company. The agenda of the meeting were the Audit Committee’s response to ANTAM's financial performance for the first half of 2013; the proposal of ANTAM subsidiaries and affiliated companies policies; the progress of ANTAM and subsidiaries' articles of association amendment; the Board of Commissioners' 2014 budget; as well as the proposal of the change of ANTAM's Whistleblowing Team.
