Monthly Meeting of ANTAM's Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development Committee – January 2014

On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, ANTAM's Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development Committee held its monthly meeting with ANTAM's management. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Hikmahanto Juwana, who is also Chairman of the Committee and Velix Vernando Wanggai, member of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners who is also Vice Chairman of the Committee as well as ANTAM's management. The meeting discussed, among others, 2014 Work Plan of HR Directorate and its compliance toward existing regulations, 2014 Man Power Planning, 2014 training program as well as preparation of 2013 KPI scoring of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.

The meeting is part of routine monthly agenda of the Risk Management Committee and is held at least once a month. The meeting is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
