Monthly Meeting of ANTAM's Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development Committee – October 2013

On Friday, October 25, 2013, ANTAM's Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development (NRHRD) Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Commissioner, Velix Vernando Wanggai who also serves at the Vice Chairman of the NRHRD Committee and led the meeting. The meeting was also attended by ANTAM's HR Director as well as related parties. The meeting discussed, among others, progress and evaluation of ANTAM's HR Master Plan year 2013 and next year's work plan; monitoring and evaluation of the Directorate and Working Unit KPI for 3rd Quarter of 2013; development of Human Capital Information System; evaluation of ANTAM Talent; progress of the formulation of subsidiarie's organization structure, as well as the HR planning and control; monitoring and evaluation of individual KPI; and others.

The meeting was part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
