Monthly Meeting of Audit Committee - December 2013

On Thursday, December 19, 2013, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin who is Chairman of the Audit Committee, Commissioner Zaelani as Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee, SVP Internal Audit Bimo Budi Satriyo and VP Financial Controller Natali Lantip. The meeting discussed, among others, discussion of audit report, discussion of Internal Control Review report, discussion of internal control review and others.

The meeting is part of the routine monthly meeting and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
