Monthly Meeting of Risk Management Committee - January 2014

On Thursday, January 16, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting with ANTAM's management. Members of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners, Zaelani and Robert Pakpahan were present at the meeting, alongside ANTAM's management team. The meeting discussed, among others, review of capacity and capability of business planning on market understanding and analysis, marketing strategy and target as well as production target of ANTAM's products in 2014, outstanding revenue and account receivable (A/R) of 2013, 2014 CSR programs, enrichment of ANTAM Risk Management System (ARMS), including ANTAM's subsidiaries and 2014 ERM target setting.

The meeting is part of routine monthly agenda of the Risk Management Committee and is held at least once a month. The meeting is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
