Network Connection Interrupted, ANTAM Apologizes and Maximizes Recovery Efforts

Jakarta, February 28, 2023 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTAM; IDX: ANTM; ASX: ATM) member of Mining Industry Indonesia (MIND ID) – the State-Owned Enterprise Holding of the Mining Industry, expresses a plea for the inconvenience felt by stakeholders and customers of ANTAM's precious metal products due to the disruption of the Company's network since Monday, 27 February 2023. Currently the Company is making optimal efforts to recover the Company's network connection.

ANTAM’s Corporate Secretary, Syarif Faisal Alkadrie said:
“We apologize for the obstacles and inconvenience to stakeholders and customers due to disruptions to the Company's network connection. This connection disruption has resulted in delays in transactions of precious metal products for customers, both directly at ANTAM's Logam Mulia Gold Boutique, and online at www.logammulia.com and www.brankaslm.com. However, the Company is currently carrying out recovery process and will be inform soon if the network connection returns to normal.”

ANTAM continuously appeals to all customers and stakeholders to remain careful and alert in making transactions. ANTAM also asks customers not to provide personal data to parties on behalf of the Company.
