Regarding to the letter of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises No. S-179/DSI.MBU/09/2021 dated September 10, 2021, Concerning the Administration of the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) Financing Program related to the Unidentified Installments, therefore We are informed to all Foster Partners of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk or abbreviated as PT ANTAM Tbk as listed below:
1. Foster Partners are expected to make installment confirmation to ANTAM’s MSE Financing Program Officer as follows:

2. Confirmation and reconciliation of Foster Partners installment payments can be made no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the announcement date, provided that:
a. Bring the original valid ID;
b. Bring the original cash receipt;
c. Other original supporting documents.
3. If within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the announcement date there is no Foster Partners confirming the MSE Financing Management Unit, the Unidentified Installment will be treated as follows:
a. The Unidentified Installments are recognized as loan repayment of the Foster Partners by reducing the balance of Unidentified Installments and receiveble balance of Foster Partners (MSE receivables with the criteria of current, substandard, doubtful and loss) by the time discovery of the Unidentified Installment;
b. The selection of the Foster Partners referred to points a, conducted by the MSE Financing Management Unit and determined by the Director which oversees the SOE CSR Program;
c. If there any errors occurs in the selection of Foster Partners in the future, there will be recording adjustment, in accordance with the actual situation.
This announcement goes to all Foster Partners of MSE Financing Program of PT ANTAM Tbk in all operational areas of Business Unit/Post Mining. Thank you for the attention and the cooperation.
