Human Rights

In carrying out every operational activity, ANTAM always respects the principles of human rights. This is implemented by the Company in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the main Conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Respect for human rights is also part of ANTAM’s ”AKHLAK” culture.

As a member of MIND ID, the Company also complies with the Implementing Policy on Human Rights (HAM), which includes protection of the rights of indigenous communities, preservation of local culture, and protection of customary rights. In addition, the MIND ID Group also has an Implementing Policy regarding Community Development and Empowerment, which also focuses on the development and involvement of indigenous communities.
